Mojingo and Fantazzle announce partnership

We are always looking for something a little different to make watching a meaningless baseball game more meaningful. That's why we started Mojingo. It's why we love our trips to Vegas, and it's why we play fantasy sports. However, traditional fantasy seasons are pretty long, and even if they offer a weekly prize it's never something meaningful. So you can imagine how excited we were when we came across Fantazzle.com. Fantazzle differs from traditional games by offering unique fantasy games that are played over a shorter duration giving players a chance to draft a new team for every game they play. Fantazzle's fantasy games are built to test player's fantasy skills so that the most informed and dedicated fantasy fans will have the most success. Most games are weekly fantasy sports games, daily fantasy games or twice a week fantasy games.

As most of you already know from our earlier email, Mojingo and Fantazzle have announced a strategic partnership. We strongly believe that the offerings that both sites have compliment each other and allow for both of our users to benefit. We have had a lot of fun playing on Fantazzle.com. and really recommend you check it out. The prizes are great and the action is real. Check it out today!

Knicks find a way to lose playoff opener

In typical Knick fashion, the team managed to blow another halftime and fourth-quarter lead and suffer a heartbreaking loss. Last night, however, it was the playoffs; against Boston.
The Knickerbockers played an okay first quarter and a strong and impressive second. However, they imploded for only 33 second-half points. Think about that number for a second. Carmelo anthony once scored 33 in one quarter of a 2008 game. Scoring 33 points in an entire half against the defending Eastern Conference champions is not going to get the job done.

Not according to plan

It’s no secret that the Boston Red Sox haven’t started the season precisely the way they would have liked, currently sitting in last in the AL East with a 2-9 record. And yes, I know there’s 151 more games to play, but make no mistake; this could get ugly.
At the beginning of the season, everyone, and I mean everyone, was picking a Phillies-Red Sox World Series. And one would be hard-pressed to find and argument. Boston was looking very promising with the signings of Crawford and Adrian Gonzalez, as well as Josh Beckett and Dice-K coming back from injury-plagued seasons.

Rory: The Second Coming of Tiger?

21 year old Rory McIlroy had a 4 shot lead coming into the final round of the Masters tournament yesterday. No one had been playing better than him and all that stood between him and his first major tournament win and the coveted green jacket was one solid round. However, ultimately his youth and inexperience showed as he shot a final round of 80, including a devastating triple bogey on the early back 9. He finished 10 shots back of eventual winner, Charl Schwartzel.

Manny just being Manny

This past Friday, after 19 seasons, one of the most iconic athletes in the past 20 years called it quits. Manny Ramirez abruptly and surprisingly handed in his retirement papers. Eventually, more information was released, and it was revealed that MLB had informed Ramirez that he failed a drug test which he took during Spring Training. Remarkably, this was the second test Ramirez failed in 3 years, the first being in 2009 with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Manny would have had to face a 100-game suspension this season as a second offense punishment.

Mighty Maya Moore

Though #1 seeded UConn was upset by a Notre Dame squad they had beaten three times already, Maya Moore has nothing to be ashamed of. Her resume is highly decorated and she has achieved more than any player can even dream of obtaining. Some of her more notable accomplishments include two national championships, a 90 game undefeated win streak, multiple Player of the Year awards, and looks to be the sure shot #1 pick in the upcoming WNBA draft.

VCU Stuns the World

#11 seed Virginia Commonwealth almost missed getting invited to the NCAA
Tournament and now they have strung together a collection of upsets to reach the
Final Four. Their latest stunner over the last remaining #1 seed left, Kansas, was
their biggest win yet and some analysts are even calling it the biggest upset in March
Madness history. Kansas’ star forwards, the Morris twins, are now left to ponder
their futures after VCU pummeled Kansas from behind the arc to counter the Morris’
strong post play.

Perhaps the most well known figurehead of the Rams is not one of their players,

Kudos to BYU

In a world where coaches and athletic programs are constantly pressured to produce wins, BYU recently dismissed sophomore forward, Brandon Davies, from its basketball team. Davies was not only the leading rebounder on the squad, but more importantly he was an integral part of BYU’s defense.

Hope No One On The Knicks Gets Injured...

Carmello Anthony will step out onto the historic floor at Madison Square Garden Wednesday as he has done countless times in his already illustrious career. However, Wednesday will be slightly different as Camello is set to don the famed blue and orange jersey, taking the floor as a New York Knick with the hopeful eyes of millions watching his every move. Basketball is back in the empire city and people are a buzz about it. Finally the Knicks can now take on teams like the Heat and Celtics and get to the NBA finals...WAIT A SECOND PEOPLE!

All Star Game Success

NBA All Star Weekend has come to an end, and it culminated in a game for the ages
that came down to the final seconds. Besides the successful events, including Justin
Bieber’s MVP performance in the celebrity game and Blake Griffin’s entertaining
slam dunk charades, the best part of this past weekend was seeing the competitive
fire reignited in the LeBron-Kobe rivalry.

In the past, the All Star game has not been treated seriously, and though the defense
played last night was subpar and the atmosphere was relaxed during the early
